Read this alongside live contract state and the exact wallet transaction before participating.
Non-refundable packages
Working and Trading package payments are not deposits and are not returned. A separate Manual Vault principal or Auto stake principal follows its own withdrawal rules.
Riva-denominated payment
Rewards use a USDT accounting value but are paid in Riva after the live payout cut. The fiat value received can differ materially and may fall to zero.
Custodial Trading Vault
The Vault owner can transfer any Vault token, including USDT backing open principal. Contract-reported coverage does not prevent a later owner withdrawal.
Administrative control
Platform, Vault, Reward and Salary roles can change permitted parameters immediately. There is no mandatory on-chain timelock or multisig.
Liquidity custody
LP tokens are not assumed burned or locked. A holder-controlled LP position may be removed, reducing liquidity or making exits impractical.
Oracle concentration
Riva payment pricing relies on a single PancakeSwap V2 cumulative-price TWAP. It is not Chainlink or a multi-market oracle and can be affected by thin liquidity.
Smart-contract defects
Source verification, tests and review reduce but do not eliminate defects, economic design errors, chain reorganizations, RPC faults or integration failures.
Eligibility and caps
Rewards, Salary installments and network distributions are conditional. Category, team legs, recent business, intervals, minimum payout and current-cycle caps can cause an action to revert.
Permanent sponsor/category
First activation records a permanent sponsor and category for the wallet. A mistaken address or category cannot be corrected by the interface.
Wallet and chain risk
You control transaction approval, keys and gas. Phishing, malicious extensions, compromised devices, wrong calldata or lost keys can cause irreversible loss.
Regulatory and tax risk
Digital-asset rules and tax treatment vary by jurisdiction and can change. Obtain independent professional advice before participating.
Verification checklist
- Confirm Chain ID 56 and every contract address.
- Read current owner/admin roles, LP custody, Oracle status and reserve coverage.
- Review sponsor, category, amount, token allowance, slippage and deadline.
- Reject any wallet request whose target or calldata differs from the interface summary.
